Booking tool. When you book an introduction call through our scheduling link, we collect your name and email address through Calendly. Calendly may also collect scheduling preferences and timezone information.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry or to confirm and manage your scheduled call. We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own use.

Third-Party Processors

We use two third-party services to handle the information you submit. Both are US-based companies:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions. Submissions are forwarded to us by email and stored in the Formspree dashboard for 30 days. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
• Calendly — processes booking requests. Calendly stores your name, email address, and scheduling information on their platform. Calendly's privacy policy is available at calendly.com.

By submitting the contact form or booking a call, you acknowledge that your information will be processed by these services, which may store data on servers located in the United States.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained by Formspree for 30 days. Booking information is retained by Calendly in accordance with their own policy. We retain any follow-up correspondence only for as long as it is needed to manage our business relationship with you.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA

As a Canadian business, we are governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request access to your personal information
• Request corrections to any inaccurate information
